<div><div>Within the spirit of &ldquo;Making People&rsquo;s Dreams Come True&rdquo;, this position is responsible for assisting with the construction of projects to ensure procedures and materials comply with the plans and specifications for the development of residential and commercial properties. This role also supports staff to ensure appropriate procedures are followed in the daily operations of Site Development with McDonough Development Services. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Coordinate work in progress to ensure that procedures and materials comply with the plans and specifications for each project.</li><li>
Assist in the examination of workmanship of finished installations for conformity to standards.</li><li>
Assist in the scheduling of inspections for units, roadways, and commercial sites.</li><li>
Ensure communications and correspondence with all contractors for scheduling work via phone calls, emails, etc.</li><li>
Assist with water meter services, fencing, tree trimming, landscape installs, etc.</li><li>
Assist in handling any homeowner issues as directed.</li><li>
Meet building pad ready and completion dates.</li><li>
Coordinate survey staking.</li><li>
Schedule site inspections with City and County on units, roadways, and commercial sites, etc.</li><li>
Schedule walk-throughs and turnovers.</li><li>
Witness pressure testing on sanitary, potable water and irrigation lines by contractor.</li><li>
Communicate with contractors on scheduling.</li><li>
Coordinate tree trimming and tree protection with contractors.</li><li>
Assist with drainage and pond washout issues.</li><li>
Video inspections of storm, sanitary mains, and repairs if needed.</li><li>
Under drainpipe installation.</li><li>
Supervise installation and removal of silt fence, barb, and hog wire.</li><li>
Ensure inlet protections are installed and maintained during construction.</li><li>
Work with site contractor in scheduling joint trench dates for units, roadways, etc.</li><li>
Coordinate with the contractor&rsquo;s road closed placement and installation for road openings.</li><li>
Ensure all landscaping is installed.</li><li>
Coordinate punch list completions with contractors.</li><li>
Coordinate staking of transformers and light poles.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>
Education and Experience Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED; and one (1) to three (3) years of related experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>
Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. Please refer to the Vehicle Safety Program for the policies and procedures that this position is required to follow.</li><li>
A Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.</li></ul></div>
