Base Salary Plus Commission - Entry-level candidates</b> start with a base salary of $35,000-$45,000, plus uncapped commissions. First-year commissions average $40,000-$50,000, <b>bringing total compensation to approximately $65,000-$85,000.</b></p><p><b>
Experienced candidates </b>start with a base salary of $40,000-$50,000, plus uncapped commissions. Top performers typically earn around $65,000- $75,000 in commissions, <b>bringing total compensation to approximately $105,000- 125,000.</b></p><p>
