Qualifications:
<p>
What we are looking for...</p><ul><li>
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
</li><li>The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs</li><li>
Demonstrate basic technology skills (e.g., point of sale systems, mobile devices, basic troubleshooting) or a willingness to learn and adapt as a key function of the role.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
3-5 years of retail experience</li><li>

Assistant Store Manager

</div><div>The Senior FP&amp;A Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company&rsquo;s financial planning and analysis function, with a focus on store sales performance, KPI planning, and reporting excellence. This position will partner closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop, test, and support reporting solutions, while also delivering timely ad hoc analysis to inform strategic and operational decision-making. The role requires both technical expertise in data/reporting and the ability to provide strategic insights that influence business outcomes.</div>
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Planning &amp; Forecasting</b></div><ul><li>
 Lead store sales forecasting and KPI planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.</li><li>
Allocate store sales plans and forecasts down to the individual store level, providing visibility into performance expectations and supporting operational accountability.</li><li>
Monitor actual financial performance, compare to plan &amp; forecast, and interpret variances during month-end close by reconciling results in sales and KPIs</li><li>
Monitor store traffic, conversion rates, and other operational metrics to provide actionable insights.</li><li>
Support the development of the annual operating budget and long-term strategic growth plans</li><li>
Improve transparency &amp; accuracy to forecasting &amp; planning guidance/methodology</li></ul><div><b>
Reporting &amp; Analysis</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with the BI team to develop, test, and support financial and operational reports, ensuring data integrity and usability</li><li>
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to business leaders.</li><li>
Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations of performance drivers.</li><li>
Collaborate with Operations, Field Leadership Team, and BI to embed financial insights into business decisions.</li><li>
Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of business strategies and market conditions.</li><li>
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.</li><li>
Assist business users in understanding financial reports and dashboards, ensuring adoption and effective use</li></ul><div><b>
Other Functions:</b></div><ul><li>
Ad hoc analytical projects, including process and systems improvements and preparation of financial packages and presentation to management</li></ul><div><b>

Qualifications:

Education/Certification</b>:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction</li></ul><div><b>
Required Knowledge:
</b></div><ul><li>Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles</li><li>
Advanced PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of proficiency in data retrieval/manipulation, development of forecasting models, financial analyses, &amp; experience creating and managing to business plan</li></ul><div><b>
Experience Required:
</b></div><ul><li>4-6 years of finance/accounting experience or business-related financial analysis experience</li></ul><div><b>
Skill and Ability:
</b></div><ul><li>Strong attention to detail &amp; accuracy in work products</li><li>

Compensation: The salary for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $88,000 - $100,000 per year.</div>
