Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all areas of our facility&mdash;including residents' rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and laundry&mdash;are clean and tidy, adhering to high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents and staff, addressing any needs or concerns with a positive attitude.</li><li>
Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues as needed.</li><li>
Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as required.</li><li>
Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, and adhere to company policies and licensing laws.</li></ul>
Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Relevant Experience: Proven experience in hospitality, healthcare, or senior housing environments is preferred.</li><li>
Independent Work: Ability to work independently while remaining motivated and productive.</li><li>
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and helpfulness.</li><li>
Time Management: Effective prioritization and time management skills.</li><li>
Attention to Detail: High level of professionalism with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.</li></ul>
