About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to drive measurable growth through paid acquisition strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively and allocate spending to achieve optimal ROI.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (X+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or other attribution platforms.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and make strategic campaign decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in B2B / EdTech / Finance / E-commerce domains (customize as per your sector).</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
