Our approach is rooted in design-build thinking, parametric exploration, and buildability-first design&mdash;making us a preferred choice for clients seeking impact and innovation without compromise.The RoleWe are seeking a Draft Architect to support our design-build projects, focusing on creating detailed drawings, documentation, and parametric modeling for fit-outs and bespoke architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate conceptual designs into accurate construction-ready drawings.You will work closely with senior architects, designers, and fabrication teams, ensuring design intent is accurately communicated and realized on site.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Produce detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation for projects including full builds and complex interior fit-outs.</li><li>Apply parametric design tools (e.g., Rhino + Grasshopper) to assist in design development and iterations.</li><li>Coordinate with in-house fabrication, MEP consultants, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure drawings align with execution requirements.</li><li>Support design-build projects from early design phases through construction, ensuring documentation reflects design intent and buildability.</li><li>Assist in preparing mock-ups, prototypes, and iterations during fabrication and construction.</li><li>Contribute to NOC and permit documentation by preparing drawings compliant with local codes and submission standards.</li><li>Collaborate with senior architects to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all project drawings.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, or equivalent (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, shop drawings, and fit-out project documentation.</li><li>Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite; experience with Enscape or Twinmotion is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction logic, materials, and fabrication processes.</li><li>On-site exposure is advantageous to understand real-world conditions and coordinate with contractors.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple drawing packages for concurrent projects.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while adhering to deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A collaborative studio environment blending design with fabrication and real-world making.</li><li>Exposure to unique, one-of-a-kind projects where your work is built in reality.</li><li>Competitive salary: AED 5,500 &ndash; 8,000 per month</li><li>Professional development opportunities and the chance to grow within a dynamic team.</li><li>Creative freedom and mentorship in a design-driven culture.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio (PDF or link), and a short cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for The Walls to info@thewalls.ae.
