RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Project planning, scheduling and coordination
</li><li>Safety and quality control management
</li><li>Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
</li><li>Change order management
</li><li>Managing critical subcontractors
</li><li>Manage Project Engineers
</li><li>Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
</li><li>Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools management
</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>4+ years of experience
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
</li><li>Previous construction experience preferred
</li><li>Ability to establish relationships and lead people
</li><li>Specific roles may require relocation
</li><li>Salary Range: $93K - 139K

Assistant Project Manager

<div>OVERVIEW
Archer Western Construction is currently seeking a Carpenter for the Apache Junction Sewer District , in Apache Junction, Arizona .
The Carpenter constructs, erects, installs structures made of wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials using carpentry hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines for jobsites including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Measures distance and marks guidelines on working surface to prepare for laying down work</li>
<li>Prepares, builds, and installs wooden structures in line with prefabricated units to form bridge, drain structures, walls, and additional structures</li>
<li>May assist with installation of awnings, metal decking for concrete slabs (if decking is removed)</li>
<li>Uses carpenter&rsquo;s belt with carpentry hand tools, power tools, and other wood making machinery</li>
</ul>QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>3-5 Years Verifiable Experience Preferred</li>
<li>Requires ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions</li>
<li>Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly</li>
<li>Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn</li>
<li>Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening</li>
