 We are looking for a talented, curious, and driven
 
 Social Media Coordinator
 
 to grow a robust online presence for our brand. Your role is to drive growth and build engagement on our platforms, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, through developing photo and media content that incorporates recent social media trends for our leading brands on a daily basis. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience effectively.
 
 
 This position requires organizational, communication, creativity, analytical, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects that meet client needs. It also requires collaboration with other Media team members, such as the Traditional Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, brand specialists, and paid social ad specialists.
 
 
 
 Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm&rsquo;s goals and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency in the firm&rsquo;s branding across all social media channels, including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee all aspects of branding&mdash;including internal branding initiatives&mdash;and manage the firm&rsquo;s merchandise strategy, inventory, and distribution to ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create engaging and informative content (such as posts, stories, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the firm&rsquo;s social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments and messages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about legal industry trends and news to curate relevant content for our audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement strategies to attract potential clients through social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote firm events or special promotions.

 Job Description
 
 
 
 Attorneys at our firm play a vital role in overseeing the full lifecycle of personal injury cases&mdash;from initial filing to final verdict. We specialize in serious and catastrophic injury matters, and our attorneys are expected to deliver exceptional service while focusing exclusively on high-level legal work. They are supported by dedicated teams that handle administrative and non-legal tasks, allowing attorneys to do what only attorneys should do.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement discussions
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct witness interviews and depositions, and prepare clients for their depositions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with trial preparation and representation as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results-driven litigation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Salary:
 
 $95K - $160K (based on experience)

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 or more years personal injury experience (THIS IS REQUIRED).
 </li>
 <li>
 JD from an ABA accredited law school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Member of the Florida Bar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience and knowledge on how to evaluate value of claims.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
