Job Description 
This role is ideal for a Texas-licensed personal injury attorney who thrives on structure, process, and systems thinking. You will be responsible not only for managing personal injury cases but also for building the firm&rsquo;s standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and form libraries that will define the foundation of our Texas office.
The right candidate will be both a skilled litigator and a systems architect&mdash;someone who understands how to translate experience into repeatable, high-performing processes that deliver consistent excellence across teams.
III. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Process and SOP Development (Primary Focus)<ul><li>
Design and document end-to-end workflows for all Texas PI operations (intake, pre-litigation, litigation, settlement, and disbursement).</li><li>
Standardize forms, templates, and correspondence for attorney and paralegal use.</li><li>
Define case-handling benchmarks, communication protocols, and escalation pathways.</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership to ensure Texas procedures align with firm-wide systems.</li></ul></li><li>
Case Management and Legal Execution<ul><li>
Handle a limited docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.</li><li>
Evaluate cases, conduct client interviews, and oversee discovery and settlement processes.</li><li>
Negotiate claims and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic advocacy.</li></ul></li><li>
Leadership and Collaboration<ul><li>
Serve as the Texas process leader and liaison with Florida headquarters.</li><li>
Train and mentor junior attorneys and support staff on new systems and procedures.</li><li>

Job Description 
We are hiring an experienced New Jersey Personal Injury Attorney to help us launch and lead our New Jersey office. This position is ideal for a highly organized attorney who thrives on structure, systems, and precision. You will manage select personal injury cases while taking the lead in building and documenting the firm&rsquo;s SOPs, workflows, and operational playbooks for the state.
Initially remote, this role will transition to in-office leadership as our physical office opens in Northern New Jersey (Edison/Newark area).
III. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>

Build comprehensive SOPs for all New Jersey PI operations (intake through resolution).</li><li>
Develop standardized templates, pleadings, forms, and case workflows.</li><li>

Work closely with firm leadership to ensure all systems align with firm-wide best practices.</li></ul></li><li>
Case Handling and Legal Execution<ul><li>
Manage a reduced caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.</li><li>
Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and discovery.</li><li>
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.</li><li>
Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel to achieve optimal results.</li><li>
Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings when necessary.</li></ul></li><li>

Train, mentor, and guide local staff as the office grows.</li><li>
