If you consider your phone your best sales tool and are ready to put in the work that generates massive commissions, this is your opportunity.What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>Own the Pipeline: Manage the complete sales cycle, starting with high-volume cold prospecting and initial engagement.</li><li>High-Octane Activity: Successfully navigate 200-500 daily calls leveraging our advanced AI-powered dialer to maximize contact rates and efficiency.</li><li>Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery, qualify B2B prospects, pitch our solution, and handle all objections on your way to closing the deal.</li><li>Negotiate &amp; Close: Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive price quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to secure new customer contracts and hit monthly targets.</li><li>CRM and Tech Management: Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene and utilize our sales tech stack to its full potential.</li></ul>What Makes You an Ideal CandidateWe are looking for self-starters who are already fluent in the tools that power modern sales.<ul><li>Proven Closer: You have demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, ideally where you owned the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).</li><li>Tech Stack Proficiency: You are comfortable working with high-volume dialers (like Kixie, RingCentral, or Nextiva) and Sales Intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, etc.).</li><li>CRM Master: Prior hands-on experience with a major CRM (like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is a significant advantage. You know that if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.</li><li>Startup Mindset: You are comfortable in a lean, startup environment&mdash;you are adaptable, resourceful, and capable of self-managing a demanding workload.</li><li>Grit and Resilience: You view rejection as a necessary step toward the next &quot;Yes&quot; and maintain energy through high-volume activity.</li></ul>CompensationWe believe in generously rewarding high performance.<ul><li>This role offers a competitive base salary and is structured to be commission-heavy.</li><li>Your earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
