The Web Hunters is looking for the services of Office Boy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations. Primary duties will include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, serving refreshments to staff and visitors, running errands, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office.</li><li>Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.) to staff and visitors.</li><li>Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are well-equipped for conferences and gatherings.</li><li>Handle minor administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.</li><li>Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering packages, as assigned by supervisors.</li><li>Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.</li><li>Support staff with basic tasks when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Know how to read and write.</li><li>Previous experience as an Office Boy or in a similar support role is a plus.</li><li>Good verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Punctual and reliable, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards tasks.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle basic office tasks efficiently.</li><li>Physical fitness to carry out tasks involving standing, lifting, and moving office supplies.</li><li>Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to take initiative..</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you from Lahore?</li><li>Are you comfortable coming Johar town, Lahore for this job role?</li><li>What is your age?</li></ul>
