About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing team at The Website Times. You&rsquo;ll design high-end website interfaces that are visually refined, user-centered, and optimized for AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, clarity in thought, and enjoys turning ideas into digital experiences that feel clean and intuitive.You&rsquo;ll receive in-depth training directly from the founder to learn our design systems, content processes, and workflow. From crafting layouts and messaging to preparing mockups and social visuals, this role offers hands-on exposure to the complete journey of creating modern websites that balance design precision and storytelling.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design elegant, user-focused website interfaces using Figma or similar tools.</li><li>Create structured, developer-ready designs optimized for AI-based code generation tools like Locofy and Anima by maintaining:</li><li>Clear layer organization and naming conventions</li><li>Consistent typography, spacing, and reusable components</li><li>Defined responsive breakpoints for mobile, tablet, and desktop</li><li>Conduct detailed research on competitors, audiences, and industry trends to align design and messaging with client goals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the front-end developer to ensure accurate design implementation and visual consistency.</li><li>Prepare clear, engaging website messaging and content with the help of AI tools (like ChatGPT).</li><li>Design and refine icons, graphics, and other visual assets using Illustrator or Photoshop when needed.</li><li>Prepare mockups and presentation visuals for the websites you design, ensuring they are polished and impactful for client presentations.</li><li>Collaborate on the creation of social media posts, especially those related to website design tips and insights, designed in Figma.</li><li>Develop responsive prototypes and layouts for multiple devices.</li><li>Participate in frequent check-in meetings, especially during onboarding, to ensure learning and progress.</li><li>Analyze client briefs carefully and extract meaningful insights to guide design direction.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern UI/UX principles.</li><li>Experience with Figma (auto layout, components, variants, and responsive design).</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills for web content and messaging.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web structure.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to connect design decisions to business objectives.</li><li>Reliability, attention to detail, and openness to continuous learning.</li></ul>Bonuses &amp; Rewards<ul><li>Project-based bonuses: &#8377;500 to &#8377;3,000 per project (based on complexity).</li></ul>Average expected bonus &#8377;6,000/month.<ul><li>Performance bonuses: Rewards for creativity, consistency, and professionalism, often in the form of Amazon or Zomato gift cards.</li><li>Learning opportunities: Continuous guidance in design systems, AI-assisted workflows, and content strategy.</li></ul>Technical Requirements<ul><li>Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps).</li><li>Computer/laptop with Windows 10 (64-bit) or later and at least 8 GB RAM.</li></ul>Why Join Us?You&rsquo;ll work directly with the founder of The Website Times (thewebsitetimes.com), a growing web design studio focused on clean design, modern development, and efficiency through AI-assisted workflows.
