Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times</li><li>Accurately check out clients, process payments, and review services/products purchased</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage appointments</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area</li><li>Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, and maintaining client records</li><li>Effectively communicate service offerings, memberships, promotions, and retail products to clients</li><li>Actively contribute to sales by recommending upgrades, memberships, and skincare/wellness products</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client flow</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
