A goal-oriented individual who can sell, consult, and connect &mdash; someone who takes pride in hitting daily sales targets and ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and inspired to continue their health journey with us.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Convert leads into paying clients through proactive follow-ups, consultations, and persuasive communication.</li><li>Conduct basic nutritional consultations to recommend suitable meal plans based on client needs and metabolic profiles.</li><li>Manage client feedback and complaints with ownership &mdash; resolve permanently, not postpone.</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of all Diet Delights meal plans and therapeutic solutions (weight loss, diabetic reversal, PCOS, muscle gain, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to design new promotions, campaigns, and retention offers.</li><li>Track, report, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.</li><li>Identify new market niches and partnerships to grow brand visibility and subscriptions.</li><li>Use digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, WhatsApp campaigns, social platforms) to streamline workflows and client communication.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Arabic) with exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Tech-savvy &mdash; comfortable using CRMs, Google tools, WhatsApp Business, and automation platforms.</li><li>Nutrition or dietetics background &mdash; BSc in Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Charismatic communicator &mdash; knows how to listen, connect emotionally, and close sales.</li><li>Self-motivated and performance-driven &mdash; thrives on challenges, not supervision.</li><li>Problem solver &mdash; owns the issue, finds solutions fast, and leaves clients delighted.</li><li>Understands metabolic and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, PCOS, obesity) and can answer client queries intelligently.</li><li>Collaborative mindset &mdash; works with marketing, operations, and management to drive brand growth.</li><li>Bonus: Knowledge in functional nutrition or therapeutic programs (added advantage).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager or Wellness Advisor Lead roles.</li><li>Work directly with a founder-led team shaping the next wave of digital nutrition in the region.</li><li>A chance to make a real impact &mdash; helping people reverse chronic conditions and achieve lasting health.</li></ul>ImportantIf you&rsquo;re looking for a 9-to-5 job &mdash; this is not for you. Sales & Nutrition Consultant
