Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-executing Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations involving high transaction volumes, supplier reconciliations, payment processing, and bank / credit-card reconciliations. The role requires strong hands-on bookkeeping skills, excellent Excel capability, and experience working with bookkeeping software in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Post daily accounting entries accurately with high transaction volumes</li><li>Perform supplier statement reconciliations, including aggregated supplier payments</li><li>Prepare and execute supplier payments (online banking, transfers, cheques)</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations and credit-card / POS reconciliations</li><li>Reconcile online payment gateways and settlement reports</li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and audit trails</li><li>Support month-end closing and reporting requirements</li></ul>Mandatory Skills<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping / accounts payable</li><li>Excellent knowledge of:</li><li>Supplier reconciliations</li><li>Aggregated payments &amp; reconciliations</li><li>Bank and credit-card reconciliations</li><li>Ability to handle large volumes of transactions daily</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including:</li><li>VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP</li><li>Pivot Tables</li><li>Reconciliation templates</li></ul>Software Knowledge (Required)Experience in one or more bookkeeping / accounting systems, such as:<ul><li>QuickBooks</li><li>Focus</li><li>Tally</li><li>Odoo</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualification<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce</li><li>Experience in multi-supplier / high-volume environments preferred</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Fast, accurate, and detail-driven</li><li>Strong reconciliation and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Comfortable working under tight timelines</li><li>High ownership of day-to-day accounting tasks</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 per month

Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive (High-Volume Transactions)

Urgent Hiring: Storekeeper (F&amp;B / Meal Production)Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Food &amp; Beverage / Meal Production Company: Diet Delights (Health-Focused Meal Prep)We are urgently looking for a highly disciplined, numbers-driven Storekeeper with strong experience in Food &amp; Beverage operations who understands cost of sales, daily issuance control, and production costing. This role is critical to maintaining profitability, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily receiving, issuing, and stock movement with 100% accuracy</li><li>Control and monitor Cost of Sales (COS) and support daily cost targets</li><li>Prepare daily production cost reports (issuance vs. planned consumption)</li><li>Track ingredient-wise cost per meal and highlight variances immediately</li><li>Maintain FIFO / FEFO and proper batch control</li><li>Coordinate closely with chefs, production team, and procurement</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with local food suppliers in Doha</li><li>Ensure hygiene, food safety, and storage standards are strictly followed</li><li>Conduct daily and monthly stock counts with reconciliation</li><li>Flag wastage, over-issuance, and cost leakages proactively</li><li>Support menu costing and new recipe cost calculations</li><li>Maintain clean, well-organized stores aligned with HACCP standards</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Estimate daily production cost based on planned menus</li><li>Track actual vs. standard cost and report deviations</li><li>Maintain accurate Excel-based stock and costing sheets</li><li>Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly cost summaries</li><li>Ensure store operations support profitability and scalability</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years experience as a Storekeeper in F&amp;B / Catering / Meal Prep / Central Kitchen</li><li>Strong understanding of food costing, COS, and inventory control</li><li>Excellent numerical, arithmetic, and analytical skills</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (formulas, stock tracking, costing sheets)</li><li>Deep knowledge of food ingredients, suppliers, and sourcing in Doha</li><li>Experience working in high-volume production kitchens</li><li>Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and storage standards</li><li>Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet daily reporting deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Background<ul><li>Experience in health food, diet kitchens, hospitals, or large catering operations</li><li>Exposure to standard recipe costing and portion control</li><li>Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
