The ideal candidate must have strong experience in inventory management, NDR handling, customer support coordination, and working closely with courier and logistics partners.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch.&middot; Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely stock audits.&middot; Work closely with the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) team and customer support team for issue resolution.&middot; Coordinate daily with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and returns.&middot; Optimize warehouse processes for improved speed and efficiency.&middot; Monitor dispatch accuracy and ensure operational compliance.Requirements:&middot; Proven experience in warehouse &amp; logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce company.&middot; Strong knowledge of inventory control, NDR processes, and courier coordination.&middot; Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, tele-calling, prospecting, and converting B2B leads.
