 The White Chocolate Grill in Scottsdale is now hiring Servers to join our exceptional front-of-house restaurant team. We&rsquo;re looking for hospitality-focused individuals who are passionate about food, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Whether you&rsquo;re a seasoned pro or just getting started, if you have the drive and professionalism, we want to meet you.
 
 
 
 Compensation
 
 
 
 Training Pay: $15.15/hour
 
 
 Base Pay after Server Training: $12.15/hour + tips
 
 
 Average tips range from $30-$40/hour in addition to Base Pay after training

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Offering genuine hospitality with fast and friendly restaurant service
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn the menu food and beverage offerings and test on that knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous serving experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be at least 18 years old
 </li>
 <li>
 Looking for longterm employment, not a seasonal role
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to walk for long periods of time
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to climb stairs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 12 hour shift
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work Holidays and Weekends
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in a noisy and fast paced restaurant environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold
