High volume personal injury caseload in a fast pace environment</li><li>

Build strong attorney-client relationships</li><li>
Evaluate liability and damages to develop winning case strategies</li><li>
Assertively guide clients through medical treatment and case progression</li><li>
Communicate/collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, providers, and insurance adjusters</li><li>
Strategically manage and resolve claims before they reach the courtroom</li><li>
Partner with litigation team for cases needing transition</li><li>
Bilingual - English/Spanish required</li><li>
Office - onsite role</li></ul>
Requirements:

What do I need to bring to the table:<ul><li>
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school</li><li>
License to practice law in Texas and in good standing</li><li>
At least 2 years of plaintiff-side auto accident personal injury experience</li><li>
Proven success in case negotiations and settlements</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software</li></ul>
Compensation and Benefits package:<ul><li>
$120-145k base plus bonus</li><li>
