Security Officer/Night Auditor (Overnight Shift)<ul><li>Remains knowledgeable of hotel security policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Remains knowledgeable of emergency procedures, check-in, check-out, and key orientation.</li><li>Patrols allocated areas of hotel and property as directed and watch for suspicious, irregular, prohibited, or dangerous activities, situations, or persons, as outlined in hotel policy.</li><li>Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.</li><li>Manages the collection, safeguarding, and redistribution of lost and found items.</li><li>Circulates among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.</li><li>Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.</li><li>Calls police, fire department, or ambulance in cases of a medical emergency, or any dangerous or threatening condition such as fire, presence of unauthorized persons, or non-compliant violators of hotel policy.</li><li>Takes the initiative to advise guests or staff of emergency situations or the need to abandon facilities.
