<div>Job Description: The Inventory Coordinator role is to provide experience and expertise in performing daily cycle counts and reviewing and trouble-shooting inventory transaction issues. The successful candidate is highly competent in using the inventory systems, understands part consumption, and can analyze cycle count data prior to correcting / adjusting inventory. The Associate works cross-functionally with multiple teams to troubleshoot inventory inaccuracies while supporting corrective actions. In addition, the role demands data analysis and concise reporting KPI to local management, with the primary goal of improving inventory accuracy.Be able to manage the paperwork associated with this job description: Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel Sheets, order confirmations, and purchase orders related to inventory discrepancies.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
<ul><li>Perform all functions necessary: audit bins and other material, piece counts, damages, short counts, overages, labeling, correct bin location of product, and other duties assigned to keep proper inventory accurate
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage all product with proper methods and use of equipment in moving, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock.
</li></ul><ul><li>Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records. Recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assigns pick locations as needed for new products or when reorganization of materials is required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provides accurate cycle count metrics to inventory control and financial leaders
</li></ul><ul><li>Meets or exceeds cycle count objectives and KPI&rsquo;s each week/month
</li></ul><ul><li>Performs and assists with variance reconciliation, and correction transactions
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitors location aging reports and provides feedback to the materials team to ensure transactions are performed timely and accurately
</li></ul><ul><li>Identifies inventory discrepancies, investigates root causes and recommends improvements to cross-functional teams for the purpose of obtaining high levels of inventory accuracy
</li></ul><ul><li>Keep and maintain supplies, tools, equipment and warehouse areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
</li></ul><ul><li>Complete audit reports and inspection forms daily and as needed
</li></ul><ul><li>Read and act on Inventory alerts and complaints from other areas to ensure accuracy between all departments
</li></ul><ul><li>May perform other assigned duties such as:
</li></ul>o Warehouse inventory maintenance
o SAP updates on inventory
o Stock rotation and relocation when needed
<ul><li>Assists in quality control, including all inbound and outbound shipments
</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinates outbound and inbound freight by taking appointment, calling carriers to pick up loads, and ensuring all product ships based upon customers expectations.
</li></ul><ul><li>Communicates with office sales personnel on shipping issues, trucking capacity, orders that are unable to ship or are returned, inventory discrepancies and labor capacity constraints.
</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinates container delivery and inbound/outbound process.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assists in pulling and receiving orders when needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assists in stocking when needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assists in warehouse re-organization of aisles when needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assists in looking for more efficient ways of daily functions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Issues written and oral instructions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitors and drives KPI and SOP performance to improve efficiency and performance of team.
</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the maintaining and caring for company owned or leased equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Accountable and responsible for high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organization.

</li></ul><ul><li>Attendance/Punctuality Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meeting and appointments on time.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and zero to one (0-1) years of experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel,
PowerPoint and Word Processing software. SAP helpful

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.</div>
