We are a leading garment export house based in Noida Sector 63, catering to top international fashion brands. Our focus is on high-quality production, timely deliveries, and sustainable business practices. We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Executive to manage and streamline our export logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, and other export formalities.</li><li>Coordination with Forwarders: Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth dispatch and timely delivery of shipments.</li><li>Customs &amp; Compliance: Ensure adherence to all customs, DGFT, and export compliance regulations.</li><li>Shipment Planning: Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to plan shipments according to buyer schedules.</li><li>Tracking &amp; Reporting: Track shipments and maintain accurate records of dispatches, tracking updates, and delivery confirmations.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Buyer Communication: Communicate with buyers&rsquo; logistics departments for shipping approvals, booking details, and documentation.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Warehouse Support: Support in warehouse dispatch planning, material handling, and goods flow management.</li><li>MIS &amp; Reporting: Maintain MIS reports for all shipments, costs, and export data.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in logistics/export operations within a garment or apparel export house.</li><li>Strong knowledge of export documentation, freight coordination, customs clearance, and shipping processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of Retail Apparel and Fashion experience do you currently have?</li><li>What is your current in-hand salary?</li><li>How much you are expecting?</li><li>What is your current location?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Logistics: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
