We are entering a growth phase and seeking a seasoned, highly connected Marketing &amp; Social Media Manager to drive attendance.Role SummaryThis role is for an innovative marketing powerhouse who understands how to build hype, reach targeted audiences, and convert curiosity into ticket sales and foot traffic. The Marketing &amp; Social Media Manager will own the brand voice of The Woods and be responsible for all digital marketing, design, promotions, advertising campaigns, influencer strategy, and street-level insights.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and implement high-impact marketing strategies that drive venue attendance</li></ul><ul><li>Develop creative social media content, flyers, videos, and event campaigns</li></ul><ul><li>Run targeted paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, Eventbrite, local SEO)</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with influencers and local groups to grow awareness and hype</li></ul><ul><li>Manage email marketing, text message blasts, and loyalty programs</li></ul><ul><li>Activate street marketing, community engagement, and brand partnerships</li></ul><ul><li>Track analytics and adjust strategy to maximize conversions and ROI</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure every event has a comprehensive marketing rollout plan from pre-launch to post-event coverage</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Experience in nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality marketing is required</li></ul><ul><li>Strong graphic design + video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar)</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience increasing attendance, conversions, or engagement</li></ul><ul><li>Understands viral content strategies and data-driven marketing</li></ul><ul><li>Highly proactive, creative, and execution-oriented</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary + performance bonuses tied to attendance growth and revenue</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lake City, FL 32024
