 We're searching for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and inspire our design team. You'll play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual solutions across various mediums, from digital marketing materials to print collateral.  Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <li>
 Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual assets for marketing materials (digital &amp; print), social media graphics, and more
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc. ) to understand project goals, target audience, and brand messaging
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Manage a project pipeline effectively, delivering work on time and within budget
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Stay ahead of design trends, exploring new techniques and software to enhance the team's skillset and deliver innovative design solutions
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Participate in client meetings and presentations
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Oversee the work of freelance designers or vendors, if applicable
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Assist with design recruitment efforts
 
 </li>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design software
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, branding, and design strategy
 
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
