We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing E-commerce Fashion Company. The ideal candidate must have strong visual storytelling abilities, a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, and experience designing for online marketplaces and digital branding. You will lead creative projects, develop design concepts, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.Key Responsibilities: Creative Design &amp; Branding<ul><li>Develop high-quality graphics for product listings, banners, lookbooks, and social media campaigns.</li><li>Create visually appealing layouts aligned with the latest fashion trends.</li><li>Ensure cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms.</li></ul>E-commerce Content Creation<ul><li>Design product thumbnails, infographics, A+ content, and marketplace creatives for Amazon, Flipkart etc.</li><li>Work closely with the cataloging and photography team to enhance product presentation.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Marketing Graphics<ul><li>Develop engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and ads.</li><li>Create reels, motion graphics, and trend-based visual content.</li></ul>Fashion &amp; Lifestyle Visualization<ul><li>Understand the fashion audience and create stylish, premium-quality visuals.</li><li>Conceptualize seasonal campaigns, collection launches, and brand promotions.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Work with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver compelling designs.</li><li>Guide junior designers and ensure timely delivery of all creative tasks.</li><li>Maintain a high standard of design quality and innovation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of design experience, preferably in the fashion/e-commerce sector.</li><li>Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, and basic video editing tools.</li><li>Expertise in typography, color theory, and fashion aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in fashion catalog editing and model retouching.</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX for website and app design.</li><li>Ability to create short animated videos or motion graphics.</li><li>Understanding of marketplace image guidelines for Meesho, Myntra, Amazon, etc.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;900,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
