We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our thriving real estate team in Dubai. To manage daily office tasks, coordinate schedules, handle property listings, and assist with a touch of enquiries, ensuring seamless operations and growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with clients and vendors.</li><li>Schedule meetings and maintain team calendars.</li><li>Create and manage property listings, including updates and uploads.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of transactions and client data.</li><li>Assist with marketing materials and property documentation.</li><li>Coordinate office supplies and support team logistics.</li><li>Prepare and organize property contracts, leases, and reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.</li><li>Basic sales experience or willingness to learn.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of real estate listing platforms is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum high school diploma; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in real estate.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED1,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have valid Residence Visa?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Admin: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
