Theramedic Rehab Inc. has a diverse business focusing on Outpatient Physical Therapy Facilities providing services to patients and Healthcare organizations nationwide.The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for the care, direction and progression of therapy patients and their treatments. The Physical Therapist Assistant is a viable member of the therapeutic rehabilitation team and will assist in department operations and delivering the best quality care possible.Responsibilities:- Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services.- Perform direct patient care, including treatment of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.- Ensure proper documentation of patient care.- Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies.- Perform or delegate patient treatment to include modalities, therapeutic exercises, gait training and Home exercise programs.- Implement effective communication with own and other departments&rsquo; staff, medical staff and patients to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high quality service and optimal patient care.- Implement and interpret specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients to facilitate the patient&rsquo;s recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.Benefits:- Paid Holidays include New Year&rsquo;s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance- Working with an experienced Physical TherapistJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Physical &amp; Rehabilitation Medicine</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Physiology knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Physical Therapy Assistant License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
