Here’s how you will make an impact

<li>Support a patient-centered team by assisting and taking direction from our Physical Therapists and or Physical Therapist Assistants to provide great patient care.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to patients, team members and customers.</li>
<li>Implement knowledge of human physiology and physical therapy interventions.</li>
<li>Conduct safe application of modalities and therapeutic procedures as allowed by state laws.</li>
<li>Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.</li>

What you will need to bring to the table
 <ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Interest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred - students who are pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree program are strongly preferred.</li>

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role provides physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.
 
Duties & Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Implement selected components of patient interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications either to progress the patient as directed by the physical therapist or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort</li>
<li>Provide quality physical therapy services including implementation of the treatment plan established by the patient’s physical therapist</li>
<li>Produce accurate, relevant, and timely documentation based on the physical therapist’s prescribed course of treatment</li>
<li>Communicate the patient’s treatment progression, changes of treatment, and recommended medical follow up when necessary to team members, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Educate and counsel patients regarding issues related to treatment and goal(s), safety risks, and/or other issues within scope of practice</li>
<li>Participate in team reassessments and discharge planning</li>
<li>Other related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications: 
AA or higher degree as Physical Therapist Assistant from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education

<li>Current State Physical Therapist Assistant License</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
</ul>

Physical Therapist base compensation is $80,000 - $92,000+ with a total compensation package of $91,000 - $103,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation/sign-on bonus available!
