Job Description 
Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, we encourage all candidates to apply and support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for full-time positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment</li><li>
Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation</li><li>
Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor</li><li>
Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families</li><li>
Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting</li><li>
Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines</li><li>
Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions</li><li>
Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment</li></ul>
