Thermacell is a wholly owned subsidiary of a privately held global consumer products company and operated independently. Thermacell is home to 125+ full-time employees across three U.S. hubs &mdash; Bedford, MA (Corporate Headquarters), Buford, GA (Manufacturing &amp; Distribution), and Hampton, FL (Science &amp; Research Center) &mdash; and is expanding its footprint in the UK &amp; Europe.
ROLE PURPOSE:
Reporting to the VP of IT, the Business Systems Analyst will be a critical business partner to the Operations team to build, implement, and configure core business applications in support of driving operational efficiency in a vertically integrated, fast paced, and dynamic seasonal business.
What Does Success Look Like in Year 1?
In their first year, this role will be a key player in our comprehensive global master data assessment, assessing business applications opportunities to increase overall operational efficiencies, and helping (in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders) to build a long-term roadmap for enhancements in master data accuracy and efficiencies.
STATUS: Exempt
WORKING HOURS: Typically, between 8-5pm M-F (open to some flexibility).
Occasional off hours needed to limit business disruption with systems upgrades.
WORK LOCATION: Operations HQ &ndash; 3157 Buford Hwy, Buford GA 30518. 3 days per week in office required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Lead end-to-end delivery for Information Systems initiatives, including defining requirements, milestones, phases, resourcing, and timeline; propose budget/cost estimates and manage progress against plan.</li><li>
Review, analyze and evaluate business user needs to create technical solutions that support overall business strategies and outcomes.</li><li>
Handle ongoing ticket triage for business partners for critical systems needs (integrations, data flows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs etc)</li><li>
Identify specific business opportunities and develop new capabilities for portfolio of business applications</li><li>
Effectively communicates business requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation.</li><li>
Work with business stakeholders to generate business systems requirement document including process workflows &amp; diagrams, define scope &amp; objectives.</li><li>
Partner on ERP/WMS/EDI integrations and data flows monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvements.</li><li>
Develop and coordinate application test plans to ensure functionality and schedules for new systems implementations, major enhancements, and upgrades.</li><li>
Own/coordinate UAT and release testing, including test plans, defect triage, and user sign-off for new system implementations and enhancements.</li><li>
Provide clear status, risks, and impact updates to business users and leadership to ensure key stakeholders are informed and reduce downtime impact.</li><li>
Evaluate current Information Systems and practices, drive continuous improvement of business processes.</li><li>
Work with consultants &amp; software vendors to implement new systems and / or enhancements of existing systems.</li><li>
Partner with business stakeholders to establish and maintain master data governance, including data quality standards, hygiene practices, and controls/audits (item/customer/vendor/inventory, etc.).</li><li>
Create user documentation &amp; training materials as subject matter expert to enable organization&rsquo;s long term effectiveness through change.</li><li>
Develop and lead business application Key User groups as needed to drive adoption.</li></ul>

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary (98K-122K) and an Annual Target Bonus opportunity. Details provided separately.

Paid time off for this position will consist of accrued vacation at a competitive level, along with 11 Holidays and a day off for your Birthday! 40 hours of wellness time is also available on your first day of employment. Additionally, a company shutdown period is offered for one week between Christmas and New Year&rsquo;s Day where the majority of business operations pause, and employees are encouraged to rest and recover together. Critical functions may require limited coverage to ensure business continuity.

Requirements: 
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or related field</li><li>
5+ Years of Business Analyst experience in fast paced manufacturing environment</li><li>
Strong business application knowledge for operations support ERP (NetSuite preferred), WMS, QuickShip SmartCount, EDI, PLM, Netstock.</li><li>
Basic understanding of embedded AI and an unquenchable thirst for continued learning to evolve business applications with the future of work.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage business solutions projects end to end from requirements to implementation and adoption.</li><li>
Extremely organized with strong time management &amp; project management skills (PMP a plus)</li><li>
Relentless continuous improvement mindset &ndash; proactively identifies opportunities to cascade to business partners</li><li>
Strong business acumen and business process &amp; workflow knowledge (procure to pay, cycle counting, order to cash, demand planning, transportation, material requirements planning (MRP), manufacturing execution systems (MES) new item creation etc.)</li><li>
