<p><b>What you'll do
</b></p><ul><li>Process incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper coding and approvals
</li><li>Enter and post invoices into the ERP Vista system with strong attention to detail
</li><li>Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly
</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
</li><li>Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs in accordance with company policies
</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to support construction project billing and payments
</li><li>Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting
</li><li>Maintain organized vendor files and financial documentation
</li><li>Support audits by providing documentation and records as needed
</li><li>Stay current on AP best practices and industry regulations
</li><li>Assist with process improvements and ERP Vista optimization initiatives
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we're looking for
</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of accounts payable or related finance experience
</li><li>Experience in the HVAC or construction industry is a plus
</li><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
</li><li>Experience using ERP Vista software preferred
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Abilities
</b></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
</li><li>Excellent data entry accuracy and analytical skills
</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities
</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
