<div><p><b>What You'll Do
</b></p><ul><li>Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.</li>
<li>Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians based on availability, skillset, location, and job priority.</li>
<li>Communicate job details, customer information, and special instructions to technicians in the field.</li>
<li>Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as needed to accommodate urgent requests and changing priorities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician status, customer communications, and job progress.</li>
<li>Coordinate with service managers, sales teams, and parts departments to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.</li>
<li>Assist with follow-up communications, appointment confirmations, and schedule updates.</li>
<li>Support the department by identifying process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.</li>
<li>Ensure dispatching activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and service standards.</li>
</ul><p></p><p><b>What We're Looking For
</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or a related role preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical contracting, or service industries is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling or dispatch software.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, customers, management, and other departments.</li>
<li>Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently when needed.</li></ul></div><div><br>

</b></p><ul><li>Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant (hot-side) equipment, including RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, and split systems.</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.</li>
<li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and industry regulations.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service while completing accurate service reports and documentation.</li></ul></div><div><br>

<div><p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
</b></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration</li>
<li>EPA Certification</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li>
<li>Experience with plumbing or construction is a plus</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li>
