What you&rsquo;ll do<br>
<br>
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and related equipment.<br>
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks.<br>
Respond to service calls promptly while delivering excellent customer service.<br>
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.<br>
Explain repair findings and recommend solutions to customers.<br>
Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately and on time.<br>

Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.</li></ul></div>
<br><p></p><div><ul>Position Requirements: What we're looking for<br>
<br>
High school diploma or GED required, technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.<br>
3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience<br>
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills<br>
Experience working with rooftop units and commercial systems<br>
EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)<br>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record<br>
Strong communication and customer service skills<br>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls<br>

<div><p><b>What You'll Do
</b></p><ul><li>Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.</li>
<li>Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians based on availability, skillset, location, and job priority.</li>
<li>Communicate job details, customer information, and special instructions to technicians in the field.</li>
<li>Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as needed to accommodate urgent requests and changing priorities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician status, customer communications, and job progress.</li>
<li>Coordinate with service managers, sales teams, and parts departments to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.</li>
<li>Assist with follow-up communications, appointment confirmations, and schedule updates.</li>
<li>Support the department by identifying process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.</li>
<li>Ensure dispatching activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and service standards.</li>
</ul><p></p><p><b>What We're Looking For
</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or a related role preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical contracting, or service industries is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling or dispatch software.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, customers, management, and other departments.</li>
