Thermal Concepts is looking for a great new Dispatcher to joins its service team!The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling service calls for the HVAC Service Department. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and prioritize service requests from customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.</li><li>Schedule service appointments and dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Communicate with technicians to provide relevant job details, including customer information, service requirements, and special instructions.</li><li>Monitor technician schedules and adjust assignments as needed to accommodate urgent service requests or changes in priorities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of service calls, including job status, technician availability, and customer communications.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure seamless workflow and efficient resolution of customer issues.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.</li><li>Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance department efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual English &amp; Spanish.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or related field preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology preferred.</li><li>Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerThermal Concepts, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
