What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Client Care Specialist, you will have a meaningful impact every day by:

Scheduling service appointments and promoting maintenance club memberships.</li><li>
Using call scripts confidently while keeping conversations natural and helpful.</li><li>
Meeting daily call goals that support customer needs and company success.</li><li>
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.</li><li>
Ensuring timely membership renewals and proactive maintenance scheduling.</li><li>
Working closely with dispatch to ensure smooth, efficient service coordination.</li><li>
Escalating service concerns quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Participating in ongoing training to grow your skills and career.</li><li>
Maintaining a professional, friendly, and positive attitude with customers and teammates.</li><li>
Identifying customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions that build trust and loyalty.</li></ul>
