Preferred candidate profile:1) Strong Knowledge of Accountancy/Scrutiny/Assessment/appear before GST &amp; Income tax.2) Knowledge &amp; Working Experience in GST, Direct Tax &amp; TDS.3) Strong Communication &amp;Presentation skills4) Should have experience of managing Team.5) Good understanding of tax laws in India.6) Proficient in MS Office applications and tax softwareRole &amp; responsibilities :1. Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.2. Preparing and Able to file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-04 monthly working and return filling and GST payments. Analysis of 180 days ITC reversal working / RCM/ Block credit and entering the accounting entries in books.3. GSTR annual return 9 &amp; 9C working and subordinate with GST auditors.4. To Appear before GST/Income Tax related to Assessment / Appeal and other authority for assessment, notices, appeal, reply letter and Online reply, etc.5. Written Communication &amp; Co-ordination with various government authorities for tax related issues.6. Export Receipt / Import Payment Banking Compliance and its timely disposal.7. Completing the Export &amp; Import Compliance.8. Assisting to statutory auditors for audit, preparation of financials, FA reg, Provisional Balance Sheet etc.9. Test check on daily basis invoice being booked and revert concerned personal for changes if any.10. Prepare and arrange necessary certificates from the CA's business tender which is mandatory to upload for every bidding11. Reply to query asked by various department and improvise the system to avoid mistakes repeatedly.12. ROC, Income tax, GST compliance and necessary return filling on timely manner.13. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations.14. Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.15. Prepare, examine, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.16. Reconciliations of Inter-Company accounts on a monthly basis.17. Design, review and monitor the effectiveness of Internal Controls18. ERP system improvement and design necessary reports.19. Timely completing and submitting the required Banking Compliance20. Attending &amp; Preparing the Bank Stock Audit Work.21. Must be Updated on statutory notification and amendments.22. Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establish the controls.23.
