Prepare detailed proposals, tenders, and quotations for new projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from site surveys and planning to installation, commissioning, and final handover. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support to the project team, technicians, and clients. Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure all work is executed with the highest level of quality and safety.</li><li>Client &amp; Consultant Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct meetings, provide technical clarifications, and ensure all project specifications are met.</li><li>Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation, including technical drawings, schematics, material submittals, and operation and maintenance manuals.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all project activities and installations comply with local UAE regulations and international engineering standards.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the design and management of refrigeration and HVAC projects, preferably in the UAE or the Middle East.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles, heat loads, and various HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, VRF, packaged units, cold rooms).</li><li>Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.</li><li>A valid UAE driving license is preferred.</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, meticulous professional with a proven ability to manage all project-related documentation efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all project documentation is prepared, submitted, and archived according to company and client standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Documentation: Prepare and manage a wide range of project-related documents, including but not limited to:</li><li>Method Statements and Risk Assessments tailored to meet the specific requirements of contractors and clients.</li><li>Material Submittals and correspondence for consultants and clients.</li><li>Operations &amp; Maintenance (O&amp;M) manuals and warranty certificates.</li><li>Job Completion Reports.</li><li>Tenders, Quotes, and Proposals for the Projects Department.</li><li>Document Management: Maintain a systematic and organized filing and archiving system for all project documents. This includes:</li><li>Archiving project-wise files containing quotations, selection sheets, and other essential records.</li><li>Ensuring all documents are easily accessible and properly cataloged.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration:</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all project documentation-related queries.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Projects, Engineering) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors) to ensure timely document submissions and approvals.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project specifications and company standards.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably within the engineering, construction, or a related technical industry.</li><li>Proven experience in preparing and managing technical documentation, such as method statements, risk assessments, and O&amp;M manuals.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
