Theros Global Consulting (TGC), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to support a federal healthcare Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&amp;A) opportunity for a VA clinic project in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This position is contingent upon contract award.The Senior Interior Designer will support healthcare facility activation efforts related to interior design, FF&amp;E coordination, and space planning, helping translate user and operational requirements into coordinated planning outputs that support room readiness, procurement alignment, installation sequencing, and Day One clinical use.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support healthcare interior design, FF&amp;E planning, and space planning</li><li>Coordinate room-level planning and operational requirements</li><li>Support design outputs tied to installation, occupancy, and activation readiness</li><li>Coordinate with project management and transition planning teams</li><li>Produce accurate, organized deliverables for Government review</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of healthcare facility design experience</li><li>Experience with space planning and FF&amp;E coordination</li><li>NCIDQ or AAHID/CHID certification required</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with VA, federal healthcare, or activation projects</li><li>Experience supporting facility opening or transition efforts</li></ul>Work Arrangement<ul><li>Remote / hybrid with travel as needed for Bowling Green, KY</li><li>Schedule is flexible; however, candidates must be available for core project coordination, required meetings, deadlines, and travel as needed</li></ul>CompensationCompensation is contingent upon contract award and final offer may vary based on experience, qualifications, and role alignment.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, certification, location, and availability.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to travel as needed to support a project in Bowling Green, KY?</li><li>Have you supported a VA, federal healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical facility project before?</li><li>Please briefly describe your most relevant healthcare interior design / FF&amp;E / space planning project.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>healthcare facility design: 5 years (Required)</li><li>FF&amp;E coordination for healthcare or medical facilities: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>NCIDQ or AAHID/CHID certification (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
