This is a unique opportunity to build category-defining products at the intersection of AI, LLMs, and large-scale marketplaces, shaping how millions of businesses and consumers interact with digital platforms.As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, vision, and execution of our AI-driven products, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact, delight customers, and scale globally.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy &amp; Vision<ul><li>Formulate a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-powered tools and marketplace solutions.</li><li>Balance short-term delivery with long-term innovation aligned with company strategy.</li></ul>Market &amp; Competitive Analysis<ul><li>Conduct deep market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities in AI, LLM, agents, and commerce.</li><li>Spot emerging trends and guide product evolution to maintain a competitive edge.</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, marketing, and sales to define, build, and launch high-impact features.</li><li>Align internal stakeholders on product priorities and customer needs.</li></ul>Product Development &amp; Lifecycle Management<ul><li>Drive the product lifecycle end-to-end: ideation, feature definition, backlog prioritization, execution, launch, and scaling.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, market-ready features.</li></ul>User Experience &amp; Design Leadership<ul><li>Champion the customer experience; partner with design to deliver intuitive, seamless, and impactful products.</li><li>Ensure AI-powered features provide clarity, trust, and measurable user value.</li></ul>Performance Tracking &amp; Data-Driven Decisions<ul><li>Define success metrics and KPIs.</li><li>Continuously analyze performance, user feedback, and data insights to iterate rapidly.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship<ul><li>Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.</li><li>Build strong product ownership across cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).</li><li>6&ndash;10 years of product management experience, ideally in AI/LLM platforms, SaaS, eCommerce, or marketplace products.</li><li>Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and agentic workflows.</li><li>Proven success in end-to-end product lifecycle ownership: from vision to launch to scaling.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.</li><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools.</li><li>Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Build cutting-edge AI + marketplace products that will redefine commerce in India and beyond.</li><li>Work in a fast-growing, impact-driven company with global ambitions.</li><li>Collaborate with world-class teams in AI, engineering, and product strategy.</li><li>Competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.</li><li>Location: Bengaluru, India (preferred relocation)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;3,000,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What's your current CTC ?</li><li>What's your expected CTC?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
