MMUs help reduce health disparities by providing urgent care, preventative screenings, and chronic disease management directly in communities. They leverage local assets to offer tailored, affordable healthcare, adapting to community needs.</div><div>
The Hans Foundation's MMUs reach underdeveloped and inaccessible areas, providing quality primary healthcare and increasing health awareness. Currently, they operate in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam and Madhya Pradesh.</div><div>

Job Summary:</b></div><div>
Laboratory technician will be responsible for laboratory-based tasks which includes sampling, testing, measuring and recording results in biological, chemical, physical and life sciences. S/he will also provide all the required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively, while adhering to correct procedures for health and safety guidelines.</div><div>

Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products Collect patient body fluid, tissue or blood samples, conduct the tests and prepare the reports.</li><li>
Maintain strict Laboratory Quality Check Standards, including regular equipment function verification, equipment calibration and ongoing troubleshooting efforts.</li><li>
Respect strict adherence to patient confidentiality.</li><li>
Arrange timely delivery of the reports to the patients and doctor.</li><li>
Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers by following established standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.</li><li>
Keep record of the consumables and reagents and generate the demand on a periodic basis to ensure regular supply.</li><li>
Stock keeping of received and consumed reagents and consumables</li><li>
Record keeping and daily updating of data base.</li><li>
Support other members of MMU in effective conduct of the camp.</li><li>
Complete other duties as assigned from time to time.</li></ul><div><b>
Educational Qualification and Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
BMLT/DMLT from a recognized institute.</li></ul><div><b>
Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience &amp; Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)</b></div><ul><li>
0-3 years relevant experience in a hospital/clinic or in public health program.</li><li>
The candidate should be well versed with Hindi and local dialect</li><li>
Should be patience, polite and have a positive attitude.</li><li>
State paramedical registration is must.</li></ul><div><b>
