Description &ndash; Dentist (Non-Clinical Manager) Location: Thind Dental Clinic, Jamalpur, Ludhiana --- Role Overview We are hiring a Dentist (Non-Clinical Manager) to lead the non-clinical operations of our NABH-approved dental clinic. The role is ideal for a dental professional who wants to grow in administration, training, and management rather than chairside practice. --- Key Responsibilities Handle all patient follow-up, appointment &amp; enquiry calls. Manage staff &amp; dentist training programs. Maintain NABH documentation &amp; compliance. Supervise stock, HR, and administrative tasks. Coordinate marketing campaigns &amp; promotional activities. --- Requirements BDS/MDS qualification (registered dentist). 2&ndash;3 years of experience (clinical/administrative). Strong communication &amp; organizational skills. Knowledge of NABH protocols preferred. Leadership ability with interest in management &amp; growth. --- What We Offer Competitive salary package.
