 Think Design Collaborative has exciting opportunities for a Presentation Designer to work closely with our Project Leadership to create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design visually engaging presentation decks for internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and external events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing, executive, and creative teams to gather content and create impactful storytelling through visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex ideas and data into clear, concise, and compelling visual formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update master templates and presentation libraries to ensure consistency across materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Incorporate multimedia elements such as charts, animations, videos, and infographics as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards, are error-free, and are delivered on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, internal stakeholder meetings, MIS and other communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on current trends in presentation design, visual communication, and relevant software tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, slide masters) and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (the more, the better).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to simplify complex information into visually digestible formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
 </li>

 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle stringent timelines with accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert working knowledge in MS office applications, especially PPT, Word, Visio and Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge on VBA and macros
 </li>
