 Think Design Collaborative is looking for a seasoned Senior Design Leader in its Studio
 
 
 Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with principal stakeholders &amp; decision makers in client organizations to understand their Business/Organization Goals, User/Customer Behavior, and creating Design Roadmaps &amp; Strategies for their Services &amp; Products
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to decode complex business goals, product &amp; technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging &amp; effective experiences for our clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough understanding of User Experience Design
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to conduct Design Workshops with leadership teams from Clients is mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be able to collect &amp; analyse Business Requirements, create Design briefs &amp; proposals, convert sales inquries into projects &amp; over delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hold the capability to speak at industry forums, present Think Design for purpose of Sales, Marketing &amp; PR
 </li>
 <li>
 People Management Skills need to be excellent. The role shall demands regular interaction &amp; management of internal teams (Designers &amp; Developers) &amp; external stakeholders (Clients &amp; Vendors)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Finance (Sales, Revenue, Cash, Expense, Profit) is mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time-management skills and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Must communicate clearly and effectively; strong analytical and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
 </li>

 Responsibilities:

 <li>
 Lead the teams &amp; projects to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client
 </li>
 <li>
 Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage profitability of the projects &amp; teams
 </li>
 <li>
 As the Senior Lead designer, he/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their learning in the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be willing to travel for short/long durations in India and abroad for work
 </li>
 <li>
 Nuture &amp; grow the Bangalore team.
 </li>

Senior Design Leader

 Think Design Collaborative has exciting opportunities for a Presentation Designer to work closely with our Project Leadership to create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design visually engaging presentation decks for internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and external events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing, executive, and creative teams to gather content and create impactful storytelling through visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex ideas and data into clear, concise, and compelling visual formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update master templates and presentation libraries to ensure consistency across materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Incorporate multimedia elements such as charts, animations, videos, and infographics as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards, are error-free, and are delivered on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, internal stakeholder meetings, MIS and other communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on current trends in presentation design, visual communication, and relevant software tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, slide masters) and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (the more, the better).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to simplify complex information into visually digestible formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
 </li>
