The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise and experience in the field.Education/Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or any relevant fieldExperience: 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in the US Market and Digital Marketing or IT Industry.Timings: Willing and flexible to work in the evening or night shifts (Mon-Fri)Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:<ul><li>Engage with qualified leads and utilize exceptional closing techniques to convert prospects into long-term clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Act as the main point of contact throughout the final stages of the sales process.</li><li>Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives and propose tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their goals.</li><li>Ability to establish rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.</li><li>Regularly follow up with potential clients to move deals forward and ensure high closure rates.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
