We are seeking a Marketing Analytics and Technology Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing technology solutions, data analysis, and revenue attribution. The role focuses on accurately measuring revenue generated from various marketing efforts and optimizing these channels for enhanced performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to gather actionable insights and develop strategies that enhance overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:
<ul>
<li>Collect and analyze marketing data from various channels (paid media, social media, email, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior.</li>
<li>Provide insights on key metrics such as return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.</li>
</ul>
Revenue Tracking and Attribution:
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain models for accurate revenue attribution across marketing touchpoints.</li>
<li>Ensure proper tracking of user journeys, conversions, and revenue through analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).</li>
</ul>
Analytics and Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain dashboards to report on key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and ROI.</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, revenue contributions, and actionable insights, and present them to senior management.</li>
</ul>
Data Layers and Technology Integration:
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage data layers for analytics tools like Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.</li>
<li>Configure and integrate marketing technology tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, analytics systems) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.</li>
</ul>
Cross-functional Collaboration:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams to optimize marketing technology systems, improve tracking accuracy, and drive overall business performance.</li>
<li>Partner with finance teams to reconcile marketing expenses and revenue contributions.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.</li>
<li>3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing technology, or revenue attribution would be ideal.</li>
<li>Expertise in marketing attribution models and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager.</li>
<li>Experience with marketing technology integrations (e.g., CRM, email, and analytics platforms) and data management.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul></div>

We leverage the latest technologies to give traders a fast, reliable, and intuitive experience across our proprietary platforms &mdash; and we're now looking for a Head of Website to lead this critical area of our global business.

As Head of Website, you'll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team overseeing the implementation, performance, and continuous improvement of ThinkMarkets' global web platforms. You'll ensure our multi-regional websites deliver best-in-class user experience, speed, and scalability, while collaborating closely with Marketing, SEO, Product, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day website operations including server performance, database health, API integrations, program rollouts, maintenance, and incident reporting.</li>
<li>Evaluate emerging web technologies and frameworks (PWAs, AMP, responsive design) to enhance mobile-first experiences.</li>
<li>Analyze data and recommend website optimizations to improve UX and conversion rates using analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).</li>
<li>Monitor key performance metrics and conversion funnels, using tools like New Relic, Datadog, and Google Tag Manager to drive data-informed improvements.</li>
<li>Champion a mobile-first approach by optimizing site speed, Core Web Vitals, and applying performance techniques such as code minification, lazy loading, and CDNs.</li>
<li>Uphold web development best practices, ensuring WCAG accessibility, security standards (OWASP Top 10), and global scalability.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, SEO, Country Managers) on technical SEO, API integrations, and marketing tools.</li>
<li>Lead CI/CD pipeline implementation to automate deployments and minimize release risks.</li>
<li>Ensure website infrastructure security, DNS, hosting, and SSL management are effectively maintained.</li>
<li>Establish coding standards and oversee architectural decisions for new features and integrations.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in web software development with deep knowledge of the full development lifecycle.</li>
<li>Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).</li>
<li>Strong background with CMS platforms such as Kentico, WordPress, or similar, including custom module/plugin development and API integrations.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of web farms, multi-node environments, and load balancing for scalability and uptime.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (ReactJS, Angular, Redux, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3) and related tools (Webpack, Babel, Jest, Cypress).</li>
<li>Knowledge of backend technologies, ideally C#, .NET Framework/Core, and relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL).</li>
<li>Experience working with remote vendor teams and managing code quality across distributed environments.</li>
<li>Experience in API design (RESTful, GraphQL) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and implementation.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.</li>
<li>Excellent command of the English language.</li></ul></div>
