Your Impact: 


The Media Sales Manager &ndash; North Africa is responsible for driving the commercial expansion, revenue growth, and long-term success of Project Agora across the North Africa region. You will play a key role in opening new markets, developing strategic partnerships with performance brands and agencies, and positioning our performance-driven media solutions as a core growth engine for advertisers.

This role requires a strong combination of consultative sales expertise, performance marketing mindset, and entrepreneurial drive. You will work closely with key stakeholders to build a scalable advertiser ecosystem, maximize client ROI, and establish Project Agora as a leading digital advertising partner in the region.

The candidate will be based in Cairo and is expected to travel to Algeria and Morocco. 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Act as a regional subject matter expert in Performance Marketing and Digital Media, guiding performance advertisers and agencies on strategies that drive measurable growth and scalable investment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead the expansion of Project Agora in North Africa, identifying new business opportunities, opening the market, and building a strong pipeline of brands and agency partners.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop and execute go-to-market plans that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through performance-driven media solutions.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Build strategic, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across brands and media agencies, positioning Project Agora as a trusted growth partner in the region.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Own commercial performance across the market, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sustainable and predictable growth.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Drive campaign success and advertiser ROI by delivering actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and consultative account leadership that increases satisfaction and lifetime value.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.</li></ul> 


We are looking for someone who:

Brings 7+ years of experience in Performance Media Sales or Digital Advertising, ideally within a performance agency, online publisher, ad network, or performance marketing platform.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Applies a strong understanding of performance-driven media solutions, with a passion for campaign optimization, data analysis, and ROI-focused growth.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrates an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, able to work independently and take full ownership of opening and developing new markets.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Thrives in fast-paced environments by being highly resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and analytical.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Identifies commercial opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and turn customer needs into scalable advertising projects.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Exhibits excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintains a strong customer-first orientation, focused on long-term partnerships and advertiser success.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborates as a self-driven team player with high motivation and a growth mindset.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Communicates fluently in English and Arabic; leverage knowledge of the North Africa market as an advantage.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Travels as needed to support market expansion and client engagement.</li>
