The Opportunity</b><br>
AntiSocial is currently on the lookout for a talented and experienced <b>Social Strategist</b> to join our award-winning team. We&rsquo;re looking for an individual who will champion client accounts and devise unique social strategies for a variety of global brands!</p>
<p>
As our Social Strategist, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for developing quarterly campaigns aligned with our clients&rsquo; marketing objectives, vision, and goals. This includes building out each account&rsquo;s branding, tonality, aesthetic, content planning, and creative copywriting. A strong background in community management is essential&mdash;you&rsquo;ll understand how to foster meaningful conversations, grow engaged audiences, and translate community insights into actionable strategy.</p>

You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Director of Strategy and the broader social strategy team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their strategic skillset while helping shape how brands connect with their audiences online.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</b></h3><ul>
<li>Develop and bring to life groundbreaking social media strategies for clients across various industries</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop a social media plan to support them</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and incorporate them into strategies</li>
<li>Create and manage content calendars for clients, including writing and editing copy</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to develop and execute campaigns</li>
<li>Measure and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for content optimization</li>
<li>Act as a primary point of contact for clients, and manage relationships with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Support and collaborate with junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices</li>
<li>Create social-first campaigns, not social-only campaigns</li>
<li>Provide inspiration and ideas to creative teams as they begin the creative development process; act as a partner and sounding board during the creative process</li>
<li>Work closely with our influencer strategy team to find opportunities to plus up campaigns with influencer marketing</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Bring</b></h3><ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in social media strategy and management</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and technologies</li>
<li>Experience with paid media across social channels and an understanding of how paid and owned work together to drive greater impact</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with social media analytics and reporting</li>
<li>Experience distilling down big data into digestible insights for both client teams and internal teams</li>
<li>Experience in an agency environment</li>
<li>Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to team success</li>
<li>The ability to craft insightful social strategies and briefs that support creative in developing big brand ideas</li>
<li>The ability and desire to think campaign-first vs. ads or content-first</li>
<li>Clear, tight storyteller and brief-writer. Can identify meaningful, singular, useable insights/tensions</li>
<li>Clearly understand the difference between content planning and campaign planning and know which will best benefit our clients</li>
<li>A knowledge of how brand planning impacts social strategy and how those two specialties can work together</li>
<li>An undeniable passion for the social and digital space</li>
