We also do software product consultation and softwaredevelopment for web applications &amp; Mobile Applications.We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive, to take up the HR andAdmin responsibilities as mentioned below:Responsibilities as HR&#9679; Handling end to end recruitment&#9679; Joining and on boarding, Induction&#9679; Attendance &amp; Payroll computation&#9679; Personal Employee Record Maintenance&#9679; Assist in Policy implementation&#9679; Assist and coordinate of Performance Management System&#9679; Employee Engagement Activity to organize&#9679; Facility Management&#9679; Grievance handling&#9679; Identification of Training and assist in Making calendar&#9679; Attendance &amp; Payroll computation&#9679; Coordination related to ESICResponsibilities as Admin&#9679; Facility Management - Manage Cleanliness of the office, managecleaning equipment etc.&#9679; Facility Management - Manage Vendors - Internet, Cleaners,Tea/Coffee Refreshments&#9679; Asset Management - Manage purchase of paper dishes, cake forbirthday, special days, tea cups, cleaning materials etc&#9679; Asset Management - Manage Purchase, Repairs &amp; Servicing ofthe assets like water filter, AC, furniture, electricals, ITequipment etc&#9679; Manage any other administrative activities as needed.Skills And Qualifications&#9679; Good communication and Interpersonal skills.&#9679; Self-motivated and a good team player.&#9679; Preferred years of experience - 2 &ndash; 3 years.&#9679; Working knowledge required&#9679; Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.&#9679; Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.Candidate Location should be Western Railways (Churchgate toVirar) &amp; Central Railways (CST to Thane).Notice Period - Immediate Joiner / less than 30 DayJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,470.26 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
