The ideal candidate will act as a mentor and guide, managing a classroom of young learners and ensuring their holistic academic, emotional, and social development in a nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take complete responsibility for the class &mdash; including planning, teaching, and classroom management.</li><li>Foster a positive and caring environment that supports every child&rsquo;s growth and curiosity.</li><li>Plan and conduct engaging learning activities aligned with the curriculum.</li><li>Maintain discipline, decorum, and a healthy teacher-student relationship.</li><li>Regularly assess each child&rsquo;s progress and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and well-being.</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and the academic team for curriculum planning and events.</li><li>Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the classroom.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate with a recognized teaching qualification.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of teaching experience with pre-primary or primary classes.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Compassionate, energetic, and child-focused approach.</li><li>Good command over English.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
