Position Summary</b></h4><p>
Under the direction of the Gate Operations Support Supervisor, the Guard Gate Operator's main task is to:</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</b></h4><ul><li>
Control the Ingress and Egress of traffic at gates.</li><li>
Use Weigh Tronix WI127 to scale in trucks.</li><li>
Daily review of Bulk/Production Schedule and printing out paperwork for all departments.</li><li>
Check in/out trucks and visitors using internal system.</li><li>
Stage trucks/visitors in designated parking area and have them wait to be called.</li><li>
Perform truck inspections for all trucks upon arrival. Pull samples if required.</li><li>
Perform the task of opening the gates when emergency is in effect.</li><li>
Scan inbound paperwork and finished paperwork.</li><li>
Receive Empty Drums/Totes trailers.</li><li>
Perform truck inspections upon exit.</li><li>
Verify all paperwork from the CSR to the truck paperwork and schedule.</li><li>
Perform plant cleanup standards tasks during and at the end of an operation or workday.</li><li>

Knowledge and Skills:</b></h4><ul><li>
High School Graduate or GED desired but not required.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Work Experience:</b></h4><ul><li>
Two years desired but not required.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills and Competencies:</b></h4><ul><li>
Have general knowledge of plant safety rules</li><li>
Be ready and willing to receive standard training</li><li>
Must be able to read and interpret an MSDS, also know the location of the MSDS book</li><li>
Must be able to read and interpret COA&rsquo;s and BOL&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Knowledge of our quality policy and objectives</li><li>
Learn basic product identification</li><li>
Must have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h4><ul><li>
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use their hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.</li><li>
The team member frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.</li><li>
The team member is occasionally required to sit.</li><li>
The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift 25 pounds.</li></ul><p>
