Job Opening: Facilities ManagerLocation: Vasant Kunj Delhi Employment Type: Full Time Department: Operations / FacilitiesAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. This role is critical in ensuring that our buildings, equipment, and services support a productive, safe, and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain all facility operations, including buildings, grounds, and equipment</li><li>Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations</li><li>Oversee vendor contracts and service providers (cleaning, security, HVAC, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations</li><li>Develop and manage facilities budgets and control operational costs</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments</li><li>Respond to emergency maintenance issues in a timely manner</li><li>Support space planning, office moves, and facility upgrades</li><li>Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Proven experience in facilities or property management</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems)</li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards</li><li>Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
