Part-Time Midday Dog Walker (Employee Position) This Lil Dog of Mine &ndash; Austin, TXLove dogs, staying active, and working independently?This Lil Dog of Mine is hiring dependable, energetic team members to care for our weekly recurring midday dog walking clients.This is a W-2 employee position with consistent weekday hours.We are specifically hiring team members who are available Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM&ndash;3:00 PM.What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>Walking dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels</li><li>Providing safe, structured midday exercise visits</li><li>Following detailed care instructions for every pet</li><li>Refreshing water bowls and providing basic care during visits</li><li>Sending detailed visit reports and multiple photos through our pet care app</li><li>Using smartphone apps throughout your workday for scheduling, GPS navigation, client notes, messaging, and visit documentation</li><li>Traveling within approximately 10&ndash;15 miles of the 78758 area</li><li>Representing TLDOM with professionalism, reliability, and positivity</li></ul>Because these are recurring weekly clients, you'll build lasting relationships with the same dogs and their families.This Is a Very Physical JobPlease only apply if you're genuinely excited about an active, outdoor job.This position requires you to:<ul><li>Walk several miles throughout your shift</li><li>Safely handle dogs that may pull, jump, or become excited</li><li>Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and stand</li><li>Walk outdoors in all weather conditions, including the Texas summer heat, high humidity, rain, and cold weather</li><li>Move quickly between visits while getting in and out of your vehicle multiple times each day</li></ul>Many visits take place during the hottest part of the day.
