 About The Team/Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for an Operations Generalist to support our Operations team in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user agreements and signature validation.
 
 
 This role will focus on reviewing user-submitted agreements and signatures, validating them against internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing approval and rejection decisions, and executing the operational steps required post-review.
 
 
 This is a detail-oriented operational role that plays a critical part in maintaining documentation accuracy and process integrity.
