Senior Product Designer—Trading Platform (ThndrX)

As a Lead Mobile Engineer specializing in React Native for mobile applications, you will spearhead the technical direction of the team. Your role involves making pivotal technical decisions, crafting robust architecture, and guaranteeing the delivery of top-notch code quality.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h1><ul><li>
Design and Architecture: You will spearhead the design and implementation of the architecture for frontend systems in React Native, tailored to fulfill the business requirements. This also includes collaborating with fellow engineers to design APIs, API Gateways, and other frontend systems crucial for mobile application development.</li><li>
Code Reviews: You will be responsible for ensuring that the code being developed by the team is of the highest quality. This includes performing code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure that the code meets the requirements, follows good practices, and is free of bugs.</li><li>
Development and Delivery Workflows: You will be responsible for driving improvements in the team's development experience and workflow, with a focus on Continuous Delivery, streamlining processes, implementing advanced tools, and mentoring team members to ensure a culture of efficiency and collaboration.</li><li>
Collaboration: You will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the backend systems are meeting the needs of the business. What You'll Need</h1><ul><li>
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>
Experience: Typically, a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years of experience in mobile development, is required. Experience in a leadership role.</li><li>
Technical Skills:<ul><li>
Mastery of React Native framework, including its core principles, architecture, and ecosystem, to develop cross-platform mobile applications efficiently.</li><li>

Lead Mobile Engineer

As the Engineering Manager for DevOps &amp; Infrastructure at Thndr, you will lead a technically strong team responsible for the foundation of our hybrid infrastructure across Egypt, Frankfurt, and the UAE. This includes Kubernetes clusters, networking, observability, CI/CD integrations, security controls, and on-prem/cloud infrastructure provisioning.
This is a deeply technical, hands-on leadership role. You will guide architectural decisions, contribute to infra design, review technical work, and help engineers grow by doing the work with them. Your mission is to ensure our infrastructure is reliable, scalable, cost-efficient, and ready to support a fast-moving fintech environment.

 As an
 
 Account Opening Representative
 
 at Thndr, you'll be responsible for helping our app users open their account by verifying their documents and making sure they meet our qualifications, then filling out their data on our system, and also being responsible for keeping an eye out for errors and asking for any missing information. As it's your call making sure that all accounts will be opened correctly with the correct documents.
 
 
 And as a part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, our team works 24/7 in rotational shift.
