 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and email to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Build structured marketing funnels to attract, nurture, and convert both buyers and sellers.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan, automate, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, drip flows, onboarding) to nurture leads.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Lead and coordinate with internal teams including SEO, content writing,and sales to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analyze digital performance using Google Analytics, Zoho, and platform insights; track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Guide content strategy across blogs, social media, email, and other channels; plan creative formats (static posts, carousels, reels, videos).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Audit existing digital presence to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms .
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Improve conversion funnels, customer engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and A/B testing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ultimately drive
 
 
 qualified leads, sales conversions, and meaningful growth
 
 
 across the Thokmandee platform.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3-5 years of Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or
 
 
 multivendor marketplace environments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Practical Hands-on experience&nbsp;in SEO, paid ads, analytics, and
 
 
 and email marketing/automation tools (e.g., Zoho Campaigns,)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is presentable, communicates well, maintains a professional attitude, and can think strategically with clear written and verbal communication skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to bring creativity while maintaining clear processes.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with CRM software Zoho CRM and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
 
 </li>
