Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of 5 accounting staff.</li><li>Handle all accounting functions independently under the direction of the Board of Directors.</li><li>Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Manage Tally ERP, GST filings, TDS, and other tax-related activities.</li><li>Conduct and Coordinate internal and external audits with full accountability.</li><li>Prepare and draft professional business correspondence, MIS reports, and financial statements.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day Finance operations, Banking and support general office administration when required.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and discipline by following SOP.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.</li><li>Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Expert in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, and MS Office.</li><li>Strong command over business letter drafting and document presentation.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Indian taxation systems, GST processing, and audit procedures.</li><li>Ability to work extended hours beyond the regular 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM schedule, 6 days a week.</li><li>Must possess own vehicle and valid driving license; residence within 10 km radius of the company.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Strong leadership and decision-making capability.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible personality.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Commensurate with experience and performance.</li><li>Long-term growth opportunity in a professionally managed organization.</li></ul>Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume to:Email: hr@tholasiprints.comContact No:9606918740 Subject Line: Application for Manager &ndash; Finance &amp; AccountingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
