This position offers an engaging environment where your communication skills and office management expertise will shine, making a real difference in our clients&rsquo; experiences.Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person, providing accurate information and solutions.</li><li>Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling check-ins, and directing calls efficiently using phone etiquette best practices.</li><li>Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.</li><li>Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management tools to support daily administrative tasks.</li><li>Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications to streamline office operations.</li><li>Support clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a smooth workflow.</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally while demonstrating empathy and active listening.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.</li><li>Proven customer service experience with strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry systems.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively.</li><li>Experience working as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus, especially if it involved calendar management or bookkeeping tasks.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in clerical tasks such as proofreading and filing.</li><li>Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks enhances your fit for this role.
